The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) transferred 14 seized assets of Enugu State Governor OPeter Mba. EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede disclosed during the handover ceremony at the EFCC Headquarters in Jabi, Abuja, that the assets were forfeited to the Federal Government.
Olukoyede mentioned the EFCC’s investigation dating back to 2017, resulting in convictions related to the case. President Bola Tinubu authorized the transfer of assets, including real estate, radio and television equipment, and medical facilities, to the Enugu State Government upon EFCC’s request .
