Charlse Idahosa, a former member of the Board of Trustee (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and a former ally of Governor Godwin Obaseki, has returned to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Idahosa stated that he decided to rejoin the party he had left with Obaseki Obaseki approximately four years ago to ensure victory for the APC in the upcoming September 21 governorship election.
He made this announcement at his residence, where he was warmly received by the party leaders, including Lawrence Okah, the Secretary of the APC in Edo State.
Idahosa disclosed that his main regret during his time in the PDP was not supporting Obaseki’s desire to resign as Edo Governor when Obaseki confided in him at his Benin residence about the challenges he faced from the party’s leadership under Comrade Adam’s Oshiomhole.
