Controversial figure Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, has made a notable entrance at the Federal High Court in Lagos, where he is set to face charges of money laundering and abuse of the Nigeria currency, the Naira.
Following the filling of six counts by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) on Thursday, Bobrisky’s legal ordeal is underway. Today, he is expected to formally respond to the allegations before Justice Abimbola Awogboro, who presides over the vacation court.
Having spent the previous night in EFCC custody, Bobrisky was unable to secure release on administrative bail offered to him the following day.
